Shipping and payment

Everything on this site is made to order. We keep no stock: the item is bought in Korea after your payment and shipped to you.

How an order works

1. Press a messenger button on the product page: the chat opens with the product name, colour and city already written, you only add the details and send.
2. We confirm the price and lead time and send an invoice.
3. After full payment we buy the item in Korea. Delivery from Korea takes 2-3 weeks.
4. We ship to you and send the tracking number to the same chat.

Lead time

2-3 weeks from payment. If a particular order takes longer, we say so before invoicing.

Payment

100% prepayment by invoice. Prices on the site exclude shipping. For orders shipped directly from Korea the invoice for the item comes from our partner in Korea, and shipping from Korea to your address is invoiced separately before dispatch; we place the order in Korea once the item is paid.

Where we ship

Asia, the Middle East and the CIS; we do not ship to the EU. Orders to Russia and the CIS go through Moscow by CDEK, to a pickup point or by courier. Other countries are shipped directly from Korea with a carrier chosen for the country, weight and contents of the parcel. Shipping cost depends on the country, weight and size and is quoted before payment.

Defects and damage in transit

If an item arrives defective or the parcel is damaged in transit, message us in the same chat where you placed the order and attach photos or a video of the packaging and the item. Each case is reviewed individually. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty; the period and terms for a specific model are shared on request before purchase.

What we do not do

There is no cart, no forms and no account on the site: you type nothing on the page, the whole conversation happens in your own messenger or email. We do not call ourselves brand representatives: we bring original Korean-market goods from Korea to order.
